Deals Overview
Deals represent business transactions between members of your network. This section explains how to record, track, and manage deals.
Deal Management
Creating a New Deal
- Navigate to the Deals section from the sidebar
- Click the "Create Deal" button
- Fill in the deal details:
- From Member (who provided the service/product)
- To Member (who received the service/product)
- Amount
- Contact Person
- Notes
- Select Team
- Click "Create" to record the deal
Viewing Deal Details
To view a deal's details, click on it in the deals list. The deal page shows:
- Transaction details
- Members involved
- Amount
- Status
- Notes
Deal Status Management
Deals can have different statuses to track their progress:
- Pending: The deal has been initiated but not completed
- Completed: The deal has been successfully executed
- Cancelled: The deal was cancelled
To update a deal's status:
- Navigate to the deal details page
- Click the "Update Status" button
- Select the new status
- Add any notes about the status change
- Click "Update" to save the changes
Deal Analytics
Member Deal Statistics
The system tracks deal statistics for each member:
- Deals Given: Total value of deals provided to other members
- Deals Received: Total value of deals received from other members
- Net Deal Value: The difference between deals given and received
Team Deal Statistics
You can also view deal statistics by team:
- Total deals within the team
- Total deals with other teams
- Top deal providers
- Top deal receivers
Deal Reports
The system provides several reports related to deals:
- Deals by time period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Deals by member
- Deals by team
- Deals by amount range
Tip: Regular deal reporting can help identify your most valuable network members and recognize those who are actively referring business.
