Members
Managing network members in the Business Network application.
Members Overview
Members are the core of your business network. This section explains how to manage members, including adding new members, assigning memberships, and tracking member activities.
Member Management
Adding a New Member
- Navigate to the Members section from the sidebar
- Click the "Add Member" button in the top-right corner
- Fill in the member details:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Birthday (optional)
- Designation
- Select City
- Select Team
- Upload photo (optional)
- Click "Save" to create the member
Viewing Member Details
To view a member's details, click on their name in the members list. The member profile page shows:
- Personal information
- Membership status and expiry
- Deals given and received
- Meeting attendance history
- Referrals
Editing Member Information
- Navigate to the member's profile page
- Click the "Edit" button
- Update the necessary information
- Click "Save" to apply the changes
Membership Management
Assigning a Membership
- Navigate to the member's profile page
- Click the "Assign Membership" button
- Select a membership plan
- Enter payment details
- Click "Assign" to complete the process
Tip: When assigning a membership, the system will automatically calculate the expiry date based on the plan's duration.
Renewing a Membership
- Navigate to the member's profile page
- Click the "Renew Membership" button
- Select a membership plan
- Enter payment details
- Click "Renew" to complete the process
Member Filtering and Search
You can filter and search for members using various criteria:
- Search bar: Search by name, email, or mobile number
- Expiry filter: Filter by membership expiry status
- City filter: Filter members by city
- Team filter: Filter members by team
Member Statistics
The Members dashboard provides key statistics about your membership:
- Total members
- Active memberships
- Expired memberships
- Memberships expiring soon
- New members this month
